Ready to climb!!!

Let me know any questions or concerns you may have with climbing.  Tell us what your expectations are for yourself as we start our climbing unit?

  1. I don't really have any questions or concerns for climbing. I'm just pretty excited to start some serious climbing. From myself, I'd really like to have a mastery of all the skills you need to climb and be able to participate in any position on the belay team. Hopefully I'll get to try everything during our climbing unit. I can't wait.

  2. Well after the small setback with the hand, I hope to conquer being able to belay without being injured and get the guts to jump of the beam! I can't wait to climb at all the stations and build even more trust with my classmates

  5. Right now, I don't really have any questions or concerns about climbing. I'm really excited to start climbing the different walls and get better at each position of the belay team. I also am excited to jump off of the beam. It seems like our climbing unit will be a lot of fun and help our class grow even closer.

  6. I don't really have any questions now about the climbing it's all pretty straight forward to me. The expectations I'm setting for myself is that I am going to not hesitate to do any of the climbing activities we do because I have a lot more trust in everyone than I had in the beginning.

  8. I am pumped and ready to climb. I want to become incredibly efficient as a unit through teamwork and communication so we can maximize climbing time by minimizing setup time (while still being safe).

  9. I expect this to have almost no challenge for me and not be very difficult so I don't really know how to feel about it.

  11. i am pretty exited to climb, im not sure if i will jump off the bar from the rope though, it looks a bit creepy but it seems fun overall, i might start out going half way up and eventually make my way up the wall but i think ill get it.

  12. At the moment, I don't have any questions or concerns about climbing. As we start this unit, my expectations are to master the belaying so the position becomes like second nature, and also to conquer each challenge-every wall, ladder, and jumping off the beam.
